What happens on Thursday?

On Thursdays we don't play ice hockey, we socialise and get to know each other. Check-in takes place at Your chosen hotel at the earliest at 15.00 and then we all meet up at The Bulls  in the centre of Halmstad. Here we are invited to an American Grill Buffet (see menu below) and entertained by Jimmy Ottosson

We also draw the groups and you will then see what your game schedule looks like for Friday & Saturday.

American BBQ Buffet incl. 1 x 50cl beer (non alcoholic beverages are available)

Grilled & Hot
- BBQ ribs with classic glaze
- Low & slow brisket - long cooked and sliced beef brisket
- Grilled chicken in BBQ marinade
- Grilled halloumi - vegetarian option

Accessories
- Buttered corn on the cob
- Split potatoes with herbs & garlic
- Creamy mac & cheese
- Coleslaw with cabbage, carrot and apple
- Tomato salad with red onion & basil
- Pickled red onion and pickled jalapeño
- BBQ baked beans (optional for the party)
- Baguette or brioche bread with butter

- Ranch dressing / chive cream
- Chipotle mayonnaise / sriracha mayo
- Garlic & herb sauce
