A group of former Kalmar HC players who may have put their serious hockey careers behind them – but definitely not their love for the sport. Nowadays, the team meets once a week to play the sport of a lifetime, keep their hockey fitness alive and, above all, have a really good time together.

Over the years, the motto ”Worst in the league, best at the pub” has become a fairly accurate description of the team. Here, camaraderie is taken at least as seriously as the results on the ice, and it is precisely the combination of hockey, team spirit and a good third period that keeps the group together.

However, behind the laid-back attitude there is also a serious competitive streak. During the Niels Larsen Trophy 2025, the team went all the way to the final, but had to leave the tournament without the long-awaited trophy.

Now they are back – and this time the desire for revenge is greater than ever. The final place is already secured. Now it's victory that counts.
