What happens after we have registered?

Once you have submitted your application, we will confirm by email to your specified address that you have secured a place in the tournament.
Then the statutory fee must be paid within 30 days.
Once you have paid the team fee, you are eligible to take part in the tournament.
Around 30-45 days before the tournament starts, we will send payment documentation for your chosen hotel package.

If you choose to withdraw from the tournament, the team registration fee will not be refunded.
